About Us

The Muay Thai International Training Center was formed to try and uphold the most important principles of Muay Thai training, and to ensure that international students were able to train to the same expert level as Thai fighters. The Muay Thai International Training Center is ran and taught by veteran instructors and fighters who teach Muay Thai the way it should be taught to everyone. MTITT strives to ensure that all fighters can train as equal, and any student who trains with us learns not just Thai boxing, but the art of Muay Thai.

MTITT is like a family. All fighters, foreign or Thai, train together with the utmost respect for each other; the lesser experienced fighters looking to the more experienced ones for help, and the more experienced fighters remembering they were there once. All fighters go to support each other during competitions and matches. There are several champions who train at the gym, and their expertise is a valuable asset to MTITT. All of our trainers are ex-professional boxers with hundreds of professional fights under their belts. Friendly and good humored, they make training a joy, not matter how tough it may seem.

MTITT teaches Muay Thai in a way that is accessible to all. Our goal is to make you stronger and more confident, both as an individual and as a fighter. We train students to be able to use Muay Thai in competitions and tournaments or to use Muay Thai as a way to gain self discipline, focus, self defense skills or simply as a way to relax and keep fit. We teach it in a way that lets you take Muay Thai to the level you are comfortable with, and it will be higher than you would had ever expected. We will help you get the most out of your training, and yourself. Whether it is purely for relaxation, exercise, competition or self defense. We will help you get the most out of your Muay Thai training.

MTITT is located at Sutthisan Road, Intamara Soi 3, Saphan Kwai. Situated on the roof of Asha Guesthouse, it is only a ten minute walk from Saphan Kwai BTS station. The gym is well equipped and spacious, with shower facilities. Asha Guesthouse is a family run guesthouse famous for its warm hospitality and simple yet wonderful comfort. There is a small swimming pool, a bar and a restaurant as well as free laundry and internet/wi fi facilities. It’s the perfect place to come and train, relax, get fit, meet new people and feel welcome.

Beginners Courses
Our beginner’s courses are suitable for those who have never learned martial arts or self-defence. Our goal is to boost your personal fitness and teach you the basics of traditional Muay Thai boxing. The beginners course will challenge, motivate and encourage you to reach new goals and it will show you what your personal limits are and also how regular training and exercise can change your lifestyle.

Intermediate Courses
At an intermediate level, our Muay Thai training courses begin to focus more on conditioning and building your skills at Muay Thai. We will focus on your strength, speed and physical conditioning whilst also working on your Muay Thai technique. The intermediate course will build upon your existing knowledge of Thai boxing or martial arts and it will help you gain a more complete understanding of Thai boxing.

Advanced Courses
For those that are progressing from our intermediate Muay Thai training course, or who are already at an intermediate level, our advanced Muay Thai training program focuses on focus, discipline and endurance. The advanced training program is demanding and demands a lot of dedication. Our Advanced program will help you become stronger, more focused and in-tune with your inner self whilst teaching you ring tactics and strategy to help you in the ring.
